01. Conditions of Payment
Training courses are run in small group sessions with limited spaces, and short notice can affect the group.
Cancellations must be received within seven days of receipt of payment in orer to receive a full refund (unless cancelled by The Shift). The fee will not be refunded because of a failure to attend the training course or if the training course has commenced.
02. Cancellation of Courses
On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may make it necessary to cancel a training session, and accordingly, I reserve the right to make cancellations where appropriate. In such circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible, and I will either refund the full fee or, if you request it, move the training to an alternative date. Liability for any losses other than the seminar costs will not be accepted by The Shift.
03. Ownership
All documents you receive as part of your training constitute the intellectual property of Phil Parker and are not to be reproduced, sold or distributed in any way.
04. Copyright Notice
The purpose of the Lightning Process training course is to apply it and resolve your personal issue/s. Participation in the Lightning Process does not permit you to reproduce or train others in any of the techniques or materials (including graphical images, text, audio or viual presentations) that are demonstrated or provided.
05. Data Protection Policy
The Register of Lightning Process Practitioners is registered with The Information Commissioner's Office, and all information is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (UK) and Health Information Privacy Code 1994, New Zealand.
You can decide to have your attendance certificate logged, together with your name, certificate number and email address with the Lightning Process Head Office. This will:
- ensure that it can be replaced in case of loss
- help with research and statistics
- help to check that you have received the high standard of care expected from members of the Register of Lightning Process Practitioners
In addition to the logging of your details for the purposes outlined above, The Shift would also like to occasionally inform you of relevant developments with the Lightning Process® and its associated programmes. This is an optional service. Your details will never be passed on to anyone else.
To conduct further research into the Lightning Process, PhilParker.org may contact you to monitor your progress. Your details will not be used to identify you in any statistics that PhilParker.org produce.
